We never combine groups
Conventional educational travel companies generally combine ad hoc groups into one large tour group of 40 or more participants. This means that you'll most likely travel with other groups who may not be compatible with the ages or interests of your own. With Culture Quest, you'll travel in your own private tour group where the focus is on you.

You'll feel like we're with you every step of the way. Unlike some large educational travel companies, Culture Quest is a smaller company that makes customer service our number one priority. Looking for something a little different? Because Culture Quest tours are always customized, we are able to offer a range of destinations not offered by other educational travel companies. No adult surcharge, one fully inclusive price
Increase your group size by inviting colleagues, friends and parents. All adult participants pay the same program fees as students. No membership fees, adult supplements or hidden extras.

Peace of mind

Secured payments
All travel program payments are titled exclusively under each group's name and maintained in individual escrow accounts at Commonwealth Bank of Philadelphia. Group leaders may request a copy of their monthly balance statements in order to monitor funds. Culture Quest offers further payment protection through its optional Trip Cancellation Insurance. In the unlikely event that services are not delivered as promised, a full reimbursement of the program fee will be made.

Liability insurance
Culture Quest carries a total of $1,000,000 in Professional Liability Insurance. Schools, school districts and their employees are named as additional insureds under the policy's group indemni-fication attachment. Contact us for a copy of your group's insurance certificate.

Medical insurance
All participants traveling from the United States to a foreign country are covered by Culture Quest's International Medical Insurance Policy No. 9021448, provided by The Insurance Company of the State of Pennsylvania (AIG, Inc.) and administered by Travel Insurance Services of Walnut Creek, California. Participants are covered for medical and dental expenses resulting from accidental injury or sickness while overseas and for emergency medical evacuation.
