Culture Quest's revised cancellation policy for 2002 travel programs

Dear Teachers, Parents and Students,

In light of the tragic events of September 11, 2001, we at Culture Quest are amending our standard Travel Program Cancellation Policy as follows:

From September 12, 2001 to May 31, 2002, travelers may cancel their participation on any Culture Quest travel program departing between January 1, 2002 and August 31, 2000 until 90 days prior to the departure date without any penalty whatsoever.

Participants will receive a full credit to be used for travel on any Culture Quest travel program with a departure date through December 31, 2003. Should participants not wish to accept the credit, our standard cancellation policy will apply. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more details.

For cancellations occurring 89 days or less, the standard cancellation policy will apply.

We fully understand your concerns during this uncertain time and wish to remain as flexible as possible. We have researched our competitors and find our revised cancellation policy is among the most generous offered in the student travel industry.
